Nothing exports unchecked
A profile with an unconfirmed field or an unaccounted paragraph cannot be approved, and an unapproved profile cannot be exported. Excluding a paragraph requires a written reason.

From inbox to client-ready in four steps

Upload the resume you were sent
PDF or Word. The original is stored unmodified, and nothing is written to it. Every extraction is a proposal, not a fact, until a person confirms it.

Confirm what it says
Each field shows the paragraph it came from, and every paragraph has to be accounted for — included, omitted deliberately, or redacted. An unresolved paragraph blocks approval, so nothing is dropped by inattention.

Produce the files
An editable Word file, a rendered PDF, a de-identified pair and a one-page brief, in a ZIP with a manifest. Every file is opened and parsed afterwards by a checker that shares no code with the renderer.

Send it, and know who opened it
Links carry a password, expire and can be revoked at any moment. Revoking stops the next request; it cannot recall a file already downloaded, and the interface says so rather than implying otherwise.

What this does and does not claim
- Every line traces to its source
- A field that came from the document carries a citation to the paragraph it came from. A field a person typed is labelled as theirs. There is no third state, and no field without one of the two.
- Nothing exports unchecked
- A profile with an unconfirmed field or an unaccounted paragraph cannot be approved, and an unapproved profile cannot be exported. Excluding a paragraph requires a written reason.
- De-identified means de-identified
- The anonymous version is generated by re-rendering from a filtered fact set, not by blanking text on the page. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and links are removed from the body, the headers, the footers and the filenames.
- The files are opened and read back
- Every generated file is inspected after it is produced — the Word file through a raw OOXML reader, the PDF through a PDF parser — and compared against what was meant to be in it. A file that fails is not offered.

Questions agencies ask
Does it rewrite or embellish the candidate’s CV?
No. It keeps the candidate’s wording, dates and numbers exactly as written. Anything you add is marked as your contribution, and a model can only propose facts that a person then confirms.
What counts as one source document?
The first successful export of an uploaded file in a billing period. Exporting it again, in another layout or format, or with an edited note, does not count again.
What does the de-identified version remove?
Name, email, phone, full address, personal links, photo, date of birth and ID numbers — from the text, headers and footers, link targets, file names and document metadata. Employers, schools and exact dates follow your client preset.
Can I edit the Word file afterwards?
Yes. It is a genuine DOCX with real paragraphs, headings and tables — not an image or HTML in disguise. The PDF is rendered from the same approved snapshot.
Where is candidate data kept, and for how long?
In private object storage tied to your workspace. Uploaded files and generated packs are deleted automatically after 7, 30 or 90 days — you choose — and can be deleted on request at any time.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your workspace keeps its plan until the end of the period you paid for, and existing files stay downloadable.
